Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the NODEE website (nodee.com.au), operated by MATRIX NODE PTY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy is designed to comply with Google Merchant Center, Google Ads policies, and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or not of acceptable quality

  • Does not match the description

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


2. Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Item is in resalable condition

Change of mind returns are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless required otherwise by law.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened or used electronic accessories

  • Personal use items (e.g. earphones, wearables) if opened

  • Clearance or final sale items (where clearly stated)

This does not affect your rights under the ACL.


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@nodee.com.au

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

  • Provide supporting evidence (e.g. photos)

We will assess the issue and, where applicable, offer:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Refund

We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.


6. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider

We will notify you once your refund has been approved.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns

  • We cover shipping costs where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • The request is made before dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.


9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you require a different item:

  • Return the original item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order separately


10. Compliance and Transparency

  • Not misleading customers regarding refund rights

  • Complying with Australian Consumer Law
